Band to Perform in Carrollton
Students should eat lunch before they arrive, and will need to bring money for dinner at the stadium, and for any souvenirs they may want. Concession prices are quite reasonable! Most food items are $5 or less, and drinks are $1 (water)- $2 (sodas and Powerade). $10-$20 should be enough. Students should also wear comfortable clothes under their uniform (including the band t-shirt), as we will be changing out of the uniform after our performance. Itinerary
11:30 am Arrive at LSHS, get uniform, instrument, etc.
12:00 pm Uniform inspection, load trailer, story time, load buses
12:30 pm Depart LSHS
1:30 pm Arrive CHS, register, unload, move to warm-up
2:10 pm Warm-up
3:10 pm PERFORMANCE
3:30 pm Group photo
3:45 pm Load trailer, change out of uniform (officers keep theirs)
4:15 pm Move back to the stadium to observe other bands
5:30 pm Dinner Break!
6:30 pm Competition resumes
7:50 pm Carrollton HS Exhibition
8:10 pm Valdosta State University Exhibition
8:30 pm University of West Georgia Exhibition
9:00 pm Awards!
10:00 pm Depart CHS
11:00 pm Arrive LSHS, unload trailer, hang uniforms, put everything in its proper place

Orlando Trip Meeting to be Held
Sign-up Information for the Orlano Trip
1) visit the website http://hp.educationaltravel.com (or click the link)
2) Click on the "Register Now" button on the right hand side of the page.
3) Enter the trip ID: 121428
4) Complete the security exercise under the Trip ID field
5) Enter all requested information.
6) Read the terms and conditions.
7) Submit your completed form.
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email verifying completion of your registration.
You will also receive an invitation to join a program called MyTrip. This allows access to Discovery for Credit where you can complete the required course work to get free academic credit. A MyTrip account should only be created if the student desires to enroll in the on-line course work.
If you experience any problems completing this process, call Customer Service at 1-800-651-0468. This number is for technical support for the registration process only.
You must also have paid at least $250 toward the trip to the Band Boosters by Sept. 11.
Once registration is complete, a decision will be made as to the type of transportation to be used, and a final cost will be calculated. This will be determined at the Band Booster meeting on Sept 15.
